先后主持包括國家自然科學基金、國家973重點基礎研究發(fā)展計劃項目專題、科技部國家第二次青藏科考項目子專題目等12項國家及省部級項目。圍繞鹽湖古氣候環(huán)境演化與成礦等方面的研究,在npj-clim. Atmos. Sci.、Geophys. Res. Lett.、Quaternary Sci. Rev.、J. Geophys. Res.、PNAS等國內外知名地學期刊發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇,研究工作受到國內外同行的較高關注,被他引1200余次。先后入選“中國科學院青年創(chuàng)新促進會”人才工程(2014年),“青海省自然科學與工程技術學科帶頭人”(2016),“青海省優(yōu)秀專業(yè)技術人才”(2017),“山東省泰山學者青年專家”(2018),青海省“昆侖英才·高端創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才”領軍人才(2024)。
