周永全,1984年生,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。2014年獲中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)無機(jī)化學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2015年獲日本科學(xué)技術(shù)振興會“櫻花科學(xué)”計(jì)劃支持,在日本福岡大學(xué)山口敏男教授研究組開展合作研究。2016年-2017年獲CSC公派留學(xué)計(jì)劃資助繼續(xù)在該研究組做訪問學(xué)者。周永全研究員長期從事溶液結(jié)構(gòu)、動力學(xué)及鹽湖資源分離研究,先后主持國家、省部級及橫向項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng),研究成果在JPCL、PCCP、JPCB等期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文80余篇,登記軟件著作權(quán)1件。現(xiàn)任IUPAC國際溶液化學(xué)會議(ICSC)國際指導(dǎo)委員會委員、中國化學(xué)會熱力學(xué)與熱分析專業(yè)委員會委員、中國晶體學(xué)會固體局域結(jié)構(gòu)與全散技術(shù)專委會委員,《鹽湖研究》編委及《Journal of Molecular Liquids》客座編輯等。入選中國科學(xué)院區(qū)域發(fā)展青年學(xué)者(2023),青海省“昆侖英才?高端創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才”-領(lǐng)軍人才(2021),西部之光青年學(xué)者(A),中國科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會。獲中國化工學(xué)會侯德榜化工科學(xué)技術(shù)獎—青年獎(2023),青海省科學(xué)成果獎—青年科技獎狀(2023),青海省自然科學(xué)獎三等獎(第一,2022)等。
