魏海成,男,土族,19836月生。博士,研究員,博士生導師。20047月畢業(yè)于青海師范大學地理系,獲得學士學位;20117月畢業(yè)于中國科學院大學(培養(yǎng)單位:中科院青海鹽湖研究所)地球化學專業(yè),獲得理學博士學位;20165月被評為副研究員,202110月晉升為研究員。主要從事青藏高原氣候變化-人類活動-生態(tài)響應過程與機制、青藏高原第四紀鹽湖成鹽演化與資源富集過程及其古氣候約束機制方面的研究。先后主持國家級和省部級科研項目10余項,發(fā)表研究論文70余篇,其中SCI論文40余篇。獲得青海省自然科學基金杰出青年項目資助,入選青海省自然科學與工程技術(shù)學科帶頭人,中國科學院青年創(chuàng)新促進會會員。

湖泊沉積與環(huán)境變化;孢粉與古生態(tài)學;鹽湖成鹽演化;青藏高原氣候變化與人類適應耦合過程及機制。
